Project will fund a geo-technical survey and design of the Heise Bridge area for the development of a boat access along the South Fork of the Snake River. Currently, users slide their boats down a dirt embankment. Eventually, the BLM would like to construct a concrete boat ramp and provide better parking. Work involves a geo-technical investigation of an approximate 2-acre site where the Heise Boat Ramp Project will take place.
