The University of Wyoming and USGS will assess the genetic diversity, phenotypic differentiation (fine spots vs large spots) and connectedness of populations in the headwaters of the Snake and Yellowstone rivers at the Two Ocean Pass. This information will provide important insights into the variation of YCT and add knowledge regarding the genetic variation of unaltered headwater populations.
